  • Bethesda, MD — 02/07/2020 —Panum Group, LLC (Panum) is on a hiring spree and added another accomplished leader in Ms. Mary Williams-Lynch as the Director of Mission and Compliance Services. Mary will help drive mission services, compliance business opportunities and company growth at Panum, a leading professional services organization that provides program management, mission and acquisition support to Federal Government agencies.An Army officer with over 33 years of service, Mary recently retired as the Division Chief of Environmental Programs at the Department of Army, working in the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-9. There, she oversaw a $1 billion program of conservation, restoration and compliance portfolios. With a deep understanding of the regulatory, procedural and policy issues associated with the US defense market, Mary will lead efforts to improve service delivery and expand Panum’s client base within the Department of Defense. Bringing on experienced leadership to oversee Panum’s Mission and Compliance Services will continue Panum’s aggressive growth. Over the last three years, Panum transitioned from a Small Business to a Large Business with more than 650 personnel as a result of new contract awards and the acquisition of Marton Technologies, Inc. in 2019.“Mary Williams-Lynch’s decades of leadership experience, significant environmental knowledge and proven ability to deliver mission-focused value to DoD are a great match for Panum,” said Panum President Mr. Vijay Mishra.

    Mary is a certified Project Manager with over 20 years of Operations and Program Management experience. She is a retired veteran of the US Army, where she served as a Garrison Commander, and holds a Master of Strategic Studies from the US Army War College, a Master of Science in Quality Systems Management from National Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Black Hills State University. Mary’s areas of expertise include government relations, environmental management, military construction processes, installation management, the SAP environmental enterprise system, talent management, federal regulatory regimes, Red Teaming, communicating policies, enforcing work standards and leading quality control efforts for Governance.
