Darla Moon serves as our Chief Financial Officer, focusing on the development and leadership of all financial practices. She is dedicated to driving the financial health of the company and its programs, ensuring the achievement of corporate and customer commitments.

With 25 years of industry experience, Darla brings a wealth of executive leadership expertise in financial management, operations, and strategic planning. Her proficiency extends to all facets of Government contracting and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Darla possesses an exceptional ability to streamline processes, enhance financial practices, and deliver tangible results. She has successfully executed margin improvement programs, re-engineered accounting systems, and led post-merger financial integrations, resulting in increased shareholder value and revenue growth.

Her commitment to excellence has earned her numerous accolades, including the prestigious Washington Exec Chief Financial Officer of the Year Award in 2022. Additionally, she was recognized as one of DCA Live's Star CFOs in 2019 and selected as the "2012 Professional Woman of the Year" by the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).

Darla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Northern Virginia Community College. Furthermore, she has completed the Leadership Appraisal Course at UVA–Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.
