CERTIFICATIONS

Panum has been appraised at maturity Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® for services since 2017. This means that our organization’s processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. It also independently validates our dedicated efforts towards continuous improvement and producing great work that makes a difference.

 

Panum is ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2017. Prior to that, Panum had the ISO 9001:2008 certification since 2011. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

 

Panum is ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 certified since 2017. ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 is a service management system (SMS) standard. It specifies requirements for the service provider to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve an SMS. The requirements include the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to fulfill agreed service requirements.

 

Panum is ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified since 2017. The ISO/IEC 27001 standard provides requirements for an information security management system (ISMS). By following this standard, our organization safeguards information assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details or other information entrusted to us.

Panum is ISO 14001:2015 certified since 2019.  The ISO 14001:2015 standard specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organization can use to enhance its environmental performance.
